butterslides, backslides and surface 180's. if you've got those and can go w2w, work on grabs and w2w 180's. _________________ If it didn't hurt it wasn't worth tryin |

hehe... I am just learning how to get some pop off the ONE wake.
Best way to learn, my boyfriend rides beside me off the same boat and instructs me then shows me.
Then I do it and he tells me what I did wrong, and I try it again... _________________ Don't dunk the cat in the water!!!! |

The best grabs to learn are indy, roastbeef and mute. Roastbeef looks the best, but its easier to tweak and poke the indy once you get it solid. Good Luck! _________________ If it didn't hurt it wasn't worth tryin |

Uuuugh... everyone is lucky, except me, it's been a about six months since I got into wakeboarding. The problem is no one I know has a boat, so I am stuck on land with no board yet! It sticks for me, but soon I will have a boat and a board! It's nice listening to other girls out there who are in the sport though! _________________ ...Wahoo!

I'm new to boarding myself. Love it! Only problem 3rd time out messed up my knee an ankle. Where can I learn more about tricks? (books, videos etc..) I 'm really new and don't know what butterslides, tantrum etc.. even are. I don't want to ask the guys. |

theres wakeboarding mag, or get a copy of Detention by shaun murray, it really gives you all the terminology and good technique to start riding right. _________________ If it didn't hurt it wasn't worth tryin |

~*HyPeRlItE*~*HuNNiE*~ I'm a beginner myself but a lot of people on this forum have asked this question and loads of people have said backrolls. I'm too much of a wuss to try it myself but you should give it a go if your brave enough! |

well obviously u should be able to clear the wake and then move on to grabs and then maybe 180 but thats just me cus im kinda of flip-ly challenged. i got a few but not very many but after the 180 depending on which u feel more comfortable with either a back roll or a 3. And dont forget about learning the little tricks too like butterslides, surface 180,ollies,ollie 180, stuff like that cus you never know when it could be handy or if you just wanna relax and have a fun set. |
