We dont have a lot of great weather in the summer, and we dont have a lot of snow in the winter. but when it came, we made the most out of it. teamed up with some friends and built a ramp, and they rode it with me thanks to our winch. We even tried a canoo haha!

looks like fun man. We've had a crap snow season here Are winches easy to make? This looked like fun. I might have to winch in my back yard now that I've seen this
I'm thinking some sort of engine from something off craigslist and a tire rim _________________ Today is a chance to become a greater person than the person we were the day before. |

| Making a winch is not THAT easy.. if you want a lot of line you better get a good hub. |

Wakeboarder3780, It's a lot of tinkering to get the speed/power right, especially if you want to deep-water start.
Once you get the parts togehter they're not terribly difficult to build, there's plenty of plans out there and you can always ask for tips. I have next to no mechanical experience and managed to build my own entirely from scratch. Just took a while. |
