On the home page check out the article about the liquid force skimskates. What does everyone think about them? How much do u think they're gonna be?

i did not read it all, but what are they a wakeskate, surfbaord, or a mixture of both

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it is a more aggresive wakesurf

sconroy, so you run along you're boat, throw it into the wake and jump on it?

I read it all too and I can't figure out what the hell it is. I am thinking a wakeboard sized wakeskate as it has a foam top and is the size/shape of a wakeboard.

Why wouldn't LF want to come out with a new product for a market that is taking off? They would be stupid not to. At least they didn't just come out with a design that looks like everyone else's. I don't care for the name though - skimskate? Uh, ok.

Looks kinda cool anyway.

It might have to do with the success and crossover of skim boarders to wakesurfing. Several of the top guys at that world championship contest were also skimboarders. Not to mention phase 5 and how they are part of Zap Skimboards.
