'99 Tige 2100V - Can this deal be real?

I found this awesome deal today on a '99 Tige 2100V limited. http://www.boattrader.com/listing/19...ited-101497246
but ther boat is on the other coast from where I live. Still, if it is near as good as it looks in pics it's still the best deal I have found for an inboard even with shipping added. What am I missing here? Do you think it's a typo and he meant 22K?

Anyone know of a good marine mechanic is Carlsbad, CA that I could have go through the boat for me.

I tried calling this guy about a week ago and he didn't answer. It's a great deal if it's real. I think they meant to write 21,000. That would be more realistic. If its real I'm gonna have to race you over there and get it first. Haha
