I am looking at upgrading my boat over the off season and am looking for a little advice. I currently have an '08 SeaRay with the "wake pkg" and every option. I love my boat, but my kids and myself have really gotten into wakeboarding and wakeskating so I am looking at inboards. I have a budget of approx $25 - $40k. I am looking for something 22'-24' that does not need much added to it. I seem to keep coming back to the following options. Any input on these boats would be great. Thanks in advance for your help....

- '03 - '05 Mastercraft X-star
- '05 - '07 Centurion
- '05 - '06 Malibu Sunscape

I did not see Supra on the list. Here is a 07 that has the first year for CAT which is a big big+.

Thanks, I hadn't even thought about Supra yet. Definitely in line with what we're looking for.
Anyone else have thoughts?

I would add Axis to your list.

Seconded.

You could pick up an almost new Axis A22 within your budget that still have a ton of warranty (Motor/trans is 5 years I believe??) and all the options you'd need.

only problem with the VLX is its only a 320 engine, I had a 325 in my malibu response and that 2005 is a much bigger boat

320 is plenty for that boat. If you ever think its not enough just put a 4 blade prop on. Even sacked out you will be fine power wise.

It it were me i would go with the x-star or 3rd the axis. There is no better technology (wake wise) than this boat right here. If it was my decision.......axis all the way.
