Wakeboarding study!! I am researching for product design!!

I need help from people who have done it or do it on a regular basis. I need to know the reasoning for certain questions in order to know what it is I need to proceed with. I also made one for people who have never done it, but it wouldn't be too useful here hah.

I am at the assumption that those who wakeboard were introduced by friends or family, primarily those with a useful boat. They were prepared or close to it, physically speaking, and live near a body of water.

I'd also like to know how many people wakeboard in this country, the statistics on injuries and the causes (If anyone knows where I can look I'd greatly appreciate it!!)

It was a bit confusing in parts, seemed to jump between past-tense and present tense a lot. Might want to edit that a little if you can to be more clear.

Ya man, I did it, but this is pretty poor. I mean, it's not bad for a casual middle school homework assignment or something like that, but if you're in high school or college and you want statistically significant results then you should get some help from someone who's familiar with statistics/polling.

Damn you guys are right! I didn't notice the change in tense I was pretty tired...Well it is my first survey, what I was focused on was getting all the info needed, which was good. And this is not for a highly important research, it was just a practice assignment. I did have to design something but its not going to be made or anything.

@LFADAM nope but I do know Peter and he's been helping me out with things since he's the only one I know who's done it.
