I have a 89 Bayliner 19' with a 150HP outboard, yeah I know a crappy boat. I am looking at either putting on a tower or pylon but don't know much about either one. I don't want to spend a lot of money and was wondering which one I should get and which is a good one that doesn't cost a lot. I would prefer a tower but don't want to spend over a $1000.
Thanks for your help |

| pylons work just fine for me, but the can be kind of annoying having to set them up every time. But they work fine and are much cheeper then buying a tower. But i think monster towers look pretty godd and they are like 900$ |

| Get a monster tower. Not only are they pretty nice but the monster tower guy is always on here or wakeworld trying to help people. That says alot for their service. |

iowake,
They both serve the purpose of getting the rope up higher. Pylons cost less and are easier to intall but after a while the cables can ge annoying. Towers cost more but it's great to get the boards outside of the boat to free up extra room with racks.

Yea you should definitly get a Monster Tower. I had a pylon that I bought when I purchased my boat and it got so annoying that I bought a Monster Tower. The towers are great and easy to install. If yoy buy a pylon you will get tired of the cable and the space it takes up, and end up getting a tower any way so why not save your money and just get a tower. _________________ Moomba Outback w/ a monster tower and 1200lbs |

| Tower is safer. If a board falls from the rack on an extended pylon it can injure a passenger in your boat. |
