Hi, We have a wakeboard that does not have any bindings that came with our boat. My 13 year old wants to wakesurf with it. We also have a kneeboard and wakeskate. Would any of these work for the time being? Im not ready to invest in a wakesurf board just yet. Thanks

you are probably not going to have enough surface area to surf on a wakeboard.

Nope, too much rocker in a wakeboard or wakeskate and not enough surface area. You might be able to knee surf with a roto-molded kneeboard, but it won't be easy.

Search Craigslist or Ebay for a used wakesurf board.

I had never surfed before and decided to take the bindings off my wakeboard and give it a try one day this summer. I'm sure it is easier and better to surf on a surf board, but I got up on the 2nd try barefoot on the blank wakeboard and surfed until i didn't want to surf anymore. Did it that way the rest of the summer.

I didn't try. It was my first time surfing of any type, so I just held on to the rope. Wasn't a perfect surfing wake either, just experimental.
