to trade or not to trade???

might of found a buyer for my boat. with that said, how is an 89 tristar? it was taken really good care of and has about 1200 hours on it. is it worth getting rid of my 99 bayliner 2050 for? my boat has tower, pp, high 5, fuel injected 315hp 350, z5 style Bimini top, kicker towers, 12" alpine sub, etc. the tristar has just a tower and open bow i believe...whats everyone's thoughts?
