So my amp went into Code 15 error (DC offset) and it needed to be mailed back for repairs. Usually RMA / warranty takes 3 - 6 weeks.
I emailed John who promptly provided me with an RMA number. I overnight them the amp, explaining how I was really bummed about not having music for our planned island party the weekend of the 13th for my birthday.
The amp arrived today at approximately 230pm to the warranty department. John had another amp shipped out by 400pm.
