...that you can create your own board graphics on Humanoid's website:
http://www.humanoidwake.com/artlab/
This is such a sick idea! The interface is clunky, but it allows you to upload graphics from the internet and whatnot. With patience and basic powerpoint skills, you can create something sick. With photoshop, the possibilities are endless!
There are a few drawbacks, like this:
"OUR MANUFACTURING FOR THE ART LAB IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED. FEEL FREE TO EXPLORE THE APP AND CHECK BACK SOON FOR NEW ARTISTS AND NEW CUSTOMIZABLE MODELS."
And the fact that you can only choose certain board models, but I had fun just playing around with this. Every board company should do this! _________________ rally to the wake |

| I just saw a snowboard company that makes custom wraps for boards out of vinyl. Gave me the idea to try and change the deck on my old board just for grins and to see if it would work without painting. Personalized boards are the way of the future. |

Maybe someday companies will take this a step further and let you mix and match bottom features, edge styles, fins, bases, rocker lines, etc. to create a truly custom board. _________________ rally to the wake |
