| Looks like a 25-30k boat to me. Ill bet the boat is out of state and the owner is going to be deployed. Just send a 4k deposit and the balance is due on delivery.LOL |

| If it isn't a scam, someone is going to get a 25k boat for half the price! |

I agree the price is too good to be true but the fact that the seller paid to list it on boattrader.com would tell me its not a scam.
I noticed he didn't list hours, maybe it has crazy high hours? Also its a limited edition, not a team so that might also account for the lower price. But even then the price is still too low to give me a warm and fuzzy feeling about it. |

Scam unless it comes without an engine or something. Not mentioning that would also make it a scam though. _________________ FlyZone Wakeboarding Costa Rica |

I would bet it's a scam, the person may not even be trying to scam a potential boat owner, they might be just trying to find out if the credit card he/she stole is still valid and works by buying a cheap ad.
I live in Pittsburgh and was looking on boattrader one day and came across an '07 Wakesetter LSV for $35,000 across town. Normally that boat should still be listed at $50,000+. Although I knew the deal more than likely was a scam, I couldn't help myself and called the two numbers on the listing. One never had a voicemail set up, the other was a completely wrong number who didn't have the slightest clue as to what I was talking about. If a deal is sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Some other ridiculous ones I've seen are $35,000 2008 PWT X-Stars, and a $29,000 2006 Wakesetter LSV. _________________ " You're not drunk if you can lie on the floor without holding on."-Dean Martin |
