raw water pump wont come off

So i wanna replace my raw water pump has the back seal is leaking, and rebulid the old one as a spare. Problem is after i removed the bolts (3 from the crank pulley) and 1 from the L bracket, the pump seems to be seize onto the crank pulley.

I tried hitting it with a hammer lightly a few times but I am afraid to damage something other than the pump? I have it soaked in liquid wrench over night and will try again today after work.

Any other suggestions? I heard PB blaster might be better?
