Need help finding a board (sorry for another thread)

I looked through the other threads but most of them don't have my specs.

I'm 15 (5'6" 120 pounds) I'll be riding behind a 2011 Bayliner 175 (17.5', 135hp) on a small lake (1mi x 1mi). My mom also wants to use the board, she's a little shorter then me.

My max price is $300, I'm thinking an 09 and 2010 board, or maybe on craiglist.

I have no clue what size, what bindings, or what board. (I want to stick with the big name brand like hyperlite, liquid force, cwb, ronix)
