|
|
| I'm going to be gone for two years this august for a LDS mission, I was woundering how much I should sell my setup for, there are a couple of kids that want to buy it off of me. The setup is a 2001 Premier 135 and 2001 Large High Backs, all of it is in pretty good condition. I just need to figure out what would be a good price to sell it for? I was thinking around 300 or so, but I just want to see what everyone else thinks, thanks. |

300 would be a good starting price imo, but first see if they are willing to pay more without tell them what you're selling it for. _________________ "I knew those girls were pros, but don't tell Turtle, it'll break his heart." - Drama, Entourage |

| Yeah I figured I spent around 625 for the whole setup and that includes the bones that are on it. So I'm thinking 300 is good |

Where are you going on your mission?
Do you have to buy your own bike or do they give you one?
Could you ride a moped or a scooter instead? _________________ http://www.mutinywake.com

| I'm going to Utica, New York on my mission. I'll probaly just buy a bike when I get there or just see if any other guys that are leaving have a bike to sell. I would rather ride a moped but i dont think they all you to. I dont know why because in some places missionaries drive cars and such. oh well. I leave Aug 20th though so I have to get things ready to go. |

| Check out the prices of your gear in the wakeboarding store on-line. That way you have a better idea where to start. You can get 02 HB for 179.00 |

Well see what the guys are willing to pay without telling them how much like the monkey ninja said. But if they arent willing to pay very much just set the price at like 325 or 300 and if they wont buy it maybe bring it down to 275 or something but mention you spent $600 on it. _________________ www.krookedminds.com

I ended on getting 275 for it. So it was not to bad, when I get back I'll have some stuff to pay for now including a new setup but yeah Utica is just upstate new york, my mission boarders canada and a couple states. So I'm just barely out New York city. But I have like syracuse and cornel universities in my mission so hopefully I can serve on one of those. I guess some people that have served in New York said they ran into around 40 different races, so that will be a nice change from utah haha. Oh well it will be super cool. thanks for your help guys. |
