I've had 1 nice day this year that I've been able to get out. It's getting pretty depressing.
In fact yesterday we all got fed up and drove out to the lake with the boat while we couldn't even see out the windshield through the rain. We were bound and determined to get in the water no matter what but mother nature had different plans. 60 mph wind starts blowing as we're getting ready to unload.
We all grumbled a few very bad words and loaded up. If that bitch don't get off her period soon I gonna make sure to contribute everything I got to global warming.
Anybody else having a shitty year so far? |

| send some to west texas. we're in one of the worst droughts in like 10 years, they're about to start draining the larger of our 2 lakes. winds are in excess of 25 mph pretty much every day, it's been a rough season so far but some morning sets have been decent. |

First part of the year we were 2' higher than normal and they actually had our lakes closed because of too much floating debris..
I've only got big lakes to board, so any wind above 10mph = 1+ waves and no where to get away from them and thats all its been when i've been able to get out.
Then when we finally got this..
My boat was running on E and didn't want to chance be stranded. Come to the NE... we've got plenty of water to go around. _________________ 2010 Glastron GT 205XL ( Volvo 4.3L GL-J)

Got out on my buddies brand new Tige RZR yesterday. Beautiful all day long, not a lick of wind. We get out and 30 mph winds right as we unload. But I got out on the surf board for the first time ever. That was really fun.
Now I just have to teach him how to drive. Every time a rider drop he decides to power turn to get them. So annoying but he hates it when I tell him to stop. |

| You should invest in a winch. That much rain is bound to open up some great spots. |

rained for a month straight in our parts. I've been out three times and had my boat out once. BRUTAL _________________ Don't do anything rash.....and don't do anything to get a rash... |

| pretty crappy weather here in the northwest - put on 17 hours on the boat so far - but it's been pretty cold - We haven't let the weather hold us back but it's tough when you're solar powered.... |
