does anyone know what a HS raley with a FS 360 would be called? i know a tantrum with a 3 is a whirly bird... i was trying raleys for the first time the other day and when i extended my body i went upside down(back facing the water) and ended up barely pulling my feet under me once i landed. didnt get it on film and i tried it a few more times before i got tired of catching my toe edge. |

S-bend, but my guess is you stargazed badly, making you turn the wrong way for an S-bend. If you'd stick that though I think that's called the Hinterberger.
Whichever way, get it on video! _________________ FlyZone Wakeboarding Costa Rica |

| You're never going to spin frontside when trying raleys, if anything, you front flipped out of the raley or you laid out and rotated a backside 3. That would be an s-bend. |

| it was definitely a fs spin laid out. think of a S-bend but rotating frontside with hands overhead. almost like a gainer. im go out and attempt it again this week. |

holdsworth, How do you figure a FS rotation won't happen?
FlyZone CR, is right. A raley with FS 3 is a Hinterberger. |

| GnarShredd, no amateur will spin frontside if they're laid out like they're supposed to be on a raley. People trying raleys will open their chest frontside, yes, but normally front flip out of it to bail. There's no way someone beginning raleys will be laid out, spin a full FS 360, hold on to the handle, and still manage to get the board underneath them. If they do, well, it's probably not even close to being a raley, just a massive laid out over-the-head back mobe. This is all assuming this guy is talking boat. If it's cable, whole different story and definitely possible. |
