So I've been trying to build my own winch for quiet some time now. I'm not trying to be lazy, Ive done all the research I can but i'm still not sure they are all compatible. I have close to no experience with these projects so bare with me

Looks about right to me at first glance. Just make sure that when you order the parts, everything is set to match the engine's 3/4" shaft. Good call with the #40 chain too (make sure your sprocket and clutch match that size).

The only thing I noticed is that it looks like you're repeating yourself buying the hub since the 60t sprocket has a hub built in. Unless you want it for your spool...

Other than that stuff you need keys to make the axle and the hub/sproket work together but you should be able to pick those up at a local store if you want. Looks good!

the coupon was only good online thru yesterday, lucky for you I have a saved screen print, PM your email and I'll send it to you, there is a disconnect between HF retail store and HF online store so coupon should be good until they sell all those engines
