Driver radio remote hook up

has anyone hooked one of these up? Mine has 3 connections, 1 is a proprietary clarion connection which goes to the headunit, and then 2 termiansl for wires im guessing power and ground....

So my question is ... are those power and gorund because when i put the meter on them i get nothing...
