This is my boat posted on Craigslist. I'm in central Illinois.
Basically, it's a well maintained boat in great shape for it's age - asking $9700.

Don't underestimate the project and working with fiberglass is not fun. Check out the forums section in supraboats.com and search old posts. There are a lot of helpful people there. I also did research on boat building websites - more for information on wood preservation, different types of fiberglass resin, etc.
My dad helped me with the rebuild, and was the photographer. He used his 35mm camera, and now he can't find the pictures. So, I can't post any pictures of the rebuild. |

i have rebuilt many floors, stringers, boats, etc. fiberglass is nothing new to me. i want pics of the rebuild in progress so i can make sure it was done the right way, and is worth the money. i dont want to buy a saltare that was "restored" and have to rip the floor, top cap off because it was half assed. _________________ trying to find a $5-7K usable saltare if anyone knows of one. |
