Need help with final board & boot selection!

Ok guys I have narrowed it down to too a few boards & bindings I will list them below along with all the details. I am planning on using this board 50/50 meaning half behind the boat and the other half at the cable park. I am intermediate rider on a wakeboard but, I have been snowboarding for 8 years and consider myself pretty good.

I’m 5’10 180lbs size 11 foot and that’s actual foot size not what shoe I wear.

I have narrowed it down to 3 boards and two different bindings.

1. 2010 RONIX Bill 142 sintered base 289.50
2. 2010 RONIX Viva 140 sintered base 307.00
3. 2010 RONIX One 142 Blem board has Bill top sheet and One bottom 215.00

All the above boards are brand new. I was looking for a Flexier board like a LF Watson hybrid or RONIX phoenix but they are out of my price range. I was wondering if the Bill board had any flex to it at all?

1. 2010 RONIX ONE size 11 179.99 These boots are used 10 times and look brand new never heat molded
2. 2010 RONIX Relik Reflecto size 11 295.00 These boots were also used about 10 times and look brand new never heat molded.
