Was wondering if anyone has used or has any comments on ronix divide bindings. I'm intermediate-advanced. Do flips n spins and just bought a ronix ibex. Yeah yeah I know theyre the cheap stuff but I've been riding a hyperlite premier with a set of ass cheap cwb bindings i bought 6-7 years ago. I tried my brothers top of line hyperlite boots n just didnt like the close toe feel and extra weight. Anyone know if these things would be able to hold up or would it be smarter to upgrade?

b-mo, they don't really have the support you'd want doing inverts and spins. i'd go for maybe the Kai OT if you're looking for a good open toe. Ronix's closed toes are way lighter than hype's too, you might try them before ruling closed toe out.

The Divides are an entry level Ronix binding. They are not going to be as supportive as some up the Ronix line. They also do not have a tighter fit being that they have a large range of sizes. I would look at the Kai CT or Kai OT if you want the open toe.

Totally agree with you guys. I also went from a pair of crappy cwb binding to Kai OT...best choice ever!!I did try the closed toe Kai but also didnt like the way the closed toe felt and thats why I went with the OT.
It takes a little getting used to but once you have worn them a few times you will nit regret your decision.

Alright ill check out the Kai's. I dont like too much support though. I think thats why I dislike closed toes since I feel too restricted. I'll hit up a board shop though and try some on. Thanks
