Do not test drive a new 2011 ford!!!!! I did and wound up taking it home. They've come a long way since 05.I slapped on an 8" lift,24" Fuel hostage wheels with 38" nittos, amp steps, and some other odds and ends.I love it so far.Winteized the boat last week Sad .They are working on the dam and dropped the river like 8' Evil or Very Mad .Gators are everywhere now and stumps everywhere.FML lol..

Looks awesome, as does that shed in the background. The features on the new GM and Ford rigs both, have gotten so impressive.

I like it.I just wish they would hurry up with the aftermarket tuning ect.I'm used to my hopped up 05.I cant get over how quiet it is (I hate it ).Needs more sound. When you stomp the skinny pedal its just a quiet, smooth, quick acceleration. The transmission is silky smooth.

You can hardly tell the difference with the larger tires and with the piggyback shocks it rides as good as factory.Milage went down about 3 mpg's according to the display.I've only put about 4k miles on it so far, still drive my dually to work.

Go ahead and pick up some DEF. You 'll have to fill it at or before every oil change...

Enjoy it. That's a nice looking truck!

Thanks!

Just did the first oil change and added 5 gallon of DEF @ 5,000 miles.

I am at work right now until the 19th of january. The week before I go home I'm gonna order the H&S mini max and a 5" downpipe back no muffler flo-pro exhaust and install it.It disables the DEF,EGR,and everything. No more adding DEF.

Should make it sound like a real truck then. The extra 150-200 hp wont hurt anything either Mr. Green

What river do you ski on? Im in Shreveport and usually ride the red river when we can get on it. The launches close every rainy season when the river goes way up, and we have been looking for new places to ride.

Sabine river.Right on the state line between Joaquin,Tx and Logansport,LA.Its WAY down right now. They are working on the dam I think. All I know is they need to hurry up and do what they gotta do.If it stays this low its gonna SUCK,only a few of us morons will be out there in the minefield of stumps lol.Its nice when its at its normal level. Not crowded at all and hardly ever see a warden.

Nice truck! We've got a couple of customers running the H&S Mini Maxx and Flo~Pro exhaust on their 6.7L Powerstroke with good results. Who'd you get the parts from?
