So all of these fanniemae foreclosed properties are now being sold... and advertised for the fact that you can purchase for as little as 3% down, without appraisals, with minimal credit scores, etc!!! I'm no financial expert, but WTF! Wasn't purchasing things on a ton of credit one of the main reasons why they got into this mess in the first place???
