|
|
| ok, so I'm looking to buy a new wakeboard and I was wondering if you guys could help me out. From what I've heard LF and HyperLite are 2 of the better if not best wakeboard brands? I've come to find that wakeboards in general are pretty expensive. I was looking for a board for under $200 and a pair of bindings for under @200. I'm currently eyeing the LF Omega (139cm) with a 2.5 inch hybrid rocker and Hyperlite Sprint bindings both for about $130 a piece. Does any1 own any of these or have any experience or heard anything about these products or have any recomendations for any other products? Also, I am 5'8 165lbs so is the 139 good or should i go smaller? |

Don't overlook Ronix, they have the lightest profile boards on the market and their bindings are awsome! I also rate LF over Hyperlite, not a fan of their bindings at all.
Board length can be a personal choice, you'll probably be alright with anything from 136 to 140 - try and demo some boards if you can.
If it's cost effective you're looknig for, wait till next month as all the 2011 stock is now coming out, so the 2009/10 kit will all be on sale.
Try places like buywake.com and evogear for some good deals. _________________ Suck it up and get hardcore! |

| I agree with Chocoholic. Don't overlook Ronix. I use to ride Hyperlite and loved my ERA. I still would suggest it to anyone, but my new Ronix One is the best thing since slice bread! I love Ronix boards and the bindings are nice as well. However, I wear CWB bindings and they are the best fit I have ever had on my feet. |

| will the CWB bindings fit on any board or is it difficult to get them to work on a different brand board? my board is also CWB, so mine work fine. But when I get a new board I would like to keep the CWB bindings. |
