I'm looking for some recommendations on a tent camping and wakeboarding trip in Southern or Central California. I'd like to keep it under 4 hours from San Diego since it will only be a weekend trip.
Hoping for good scenery and a lake that won't be too crowded and/or decent water in late September.
Suggestions?
