cable raley

Hi Guys,

I am trying to work on my cable raley, but somehow I cant seem to get enough edge to give a good pull from the cable - any advice ? or is it just keep trying ?
also I have heard that some says that the backroll is easier than the raley - should I maby start with that ? but I guess the approach is the same and that is what stops me at the moment, seems like when I try to hard, it ends off with a powerslide instead - which is not what I want to do

all this is behind a cable by the way.
