Ok so I tried 4 or 5 heelside front flips today and I was able to land my board back on the water but I couldn't I would always land on my side and then sink into the water. My brother who was in the boat said I was getting stretched out. So how can I get more rotation and keep from getting stretched out? I would have video but my friend forgot his camera I think he is going to bring it the next time he comes out with us.

manny it looked like you were having a seizure Laughing the first part looked good.. then you completely swung your head in the opposite direction and looked behind you!! if you keep your body position like how you started the flip, it would be 1000x better (my 2 cents)

eric mf soler, what do you mean by stretched out? and are you sure what you're trying is a heelside frontflip for your first invert? are you sure its not a backroll?

You have to pull up your frontfoot and really PUSH your backfoot. You aint doin that good...

And keep your head on your left shoulder!!! Do it again! And show us!

Medina is right, kick that back foot down!

If you are doing a tantrum, its probably because you are looking back like a back flip instead of keeping your head on your lead shoulder.

There are some inverts that are easier to learn before you try and learn a HS front flip.

Let me know if I can help
