DIY Pole On center Console

Ok after looking at my options I decided to make my own pole and think it came out pretty well. Been using it for about a month now and it take 5 min to install or remove and is rock solid with no movement what so ever once the straps are tightened down.
The material list was:
a 7'6" piece of 1.25" schedule 40 pipe with a thread on base
4 straps two for the rear 1 for the front and 1 for the bow
3 eye bolts
1 trailer ball
piece of 3'x12 3/4 plywood
and a water noodle with a few tie straps
a little welding drilling and this is what I have, and thanks to those that have posted before me I realy got a lot of good information using the search here
