Hello all, first post... glad to have found this. I have recently purchased my first boat and am wanting to learn how to wakeboard. I know almost NOTHING about it! So, tips on good entry level board, etc... I am 6ft. 200 lbs.

Welcome to the forums. At your size/weight look at decks that are 141+. Take some time and browse around the forums for reviews on different boards/brands. Once you find a few that are in your price range, post up the model and ask about it.

Liquid Force Trip 142. Have it, LOVE it! I've been riding for years but don't get enough water time to be able to throw amazing tricks or justify an advanced board. The Trip is super beginner friendly, I had a total noob get up first try last week and he's getting more comfortable each time on it. It should last you a couple seasons depending on your progress. You might hit a wall with it when you start throwing advanced tricks and at that time you might want an advanced board. But hey, at $300 for the board/bindings it's great for someone starting out and not wanting to break the bank.
