So June 2010 marked the 48th month in a row that I have wakeboarded. This means that I have been in the water riding AT LEAST once a month, every month, since June 2006. Admittedly I only got out once each month in January and February this year, but the streak remains alive.

Anyone else got any streaks like this going? I know that someday it will have to end but so far so good... Cool

The water gets a little too hard to launch the boat here for a good portion of the year, so I doubt that I'll ever have a streak longer than a few months.

Nice job on 48 months. You're going to be the John Brower of wakeboarding. http://www.pottstownmercury.com/articles/2010/01/03/news/srv0000007232734.txt

Thanks for the link! Only 4 more years to catch up to where he is now! I'm planning to keep it alive as long as I can... Cool

BTW, I never heard of the Schuylkill River until now. Googled it and found a sweet pic. Looks like a great place to ride, though maybe not in January! Laughing

In Wisconsin I can't really do that Sad But I'm glad other people can. That's got to be pretty awesome.

Burnser I typically had a 3 month season but I bought a dry suit this year and I doubled it. You might want to invest in one, plus neoprene booties, "diving masks", and some (try not to cringe) ski gloves.

I can ride as soon as the ice comes off the water now (water temp was 39 when i tried it this year).
