tips on getting away from frantrums

I haven't seen video of one of my front flips in a couple years, but I know back in the day I had the hardest time getting them to stay front flips instead of going to frantrum.

Does anyone have advice on how to push a frantrum to a clean front?

focus on throwing it more over your lead shoulder. If you do it hard enough it will set you up to land revert.
