Hey guys, just wanted to share a bad experience with you guys from boardersmall.com. i ordered a pair of liquid force wakeboard boots on 6/6/10. The order wasnt processed and shipped until 6/13/10, almost a week later. The worst part about this is the bindings were for my friends wife. Now on their wakeboarding trip that they are leaving for tomorrow, she will not have any bindings for her board. I have heard good things about boardersmall in the past, but my first and only experience has been very upsetting not only to me, but my friend and his wife. Ive ordered thousands of dollars worth of wakeboarding gear from another company in california over the past 8 years for me and all of my friends and it is shipped out the same day, and always arrives here in 5 days. The fact that it took 6 days just to ship from their warehouse is freakin ridiculous. Not to mention that i have called the wakeboard division once a day for the last week to check on the order and no one has answered the phone or returned any of my messages. Obviously they dont treat all of their customers like this or they wouldnt be in business. whew....thanks for letting me vent.

They shipped the bindings on a sunday? That seems very odd.

yup, I had the same experience with boardersbestbuy.com/ which is part of boardersmall.

yeah they are the same company. I placed my order on money 6/7/10 and just received a processing email last night and the order shipped today. Thats some bullstuff. I wouldve rather payed the extra 15 bucks from the other company and had them here today.

STANG KILLA SS, that still doesnt make me feel any better about their lousy service. They shouldve closed the site until they couldve been better prepared to provide better service. if the shop was still up and running and they were just changing owners then a week to process an order is pretty crappy.

awww really? I liked that last guy and always got good service from them Sad Well thanks for letting us know that it switched owners, I was about to go on about how awesome I thought they were (gotten my last 2 boards from them very good deals and good service).

I also ordered a pair of bindings. Let 3 messages no one ever got back to me. Finally got ahold of someone twice, they said they could do a better price then advertised but never got back to me so I ordered them at the price listed on the website anyways.

I placed the order Friday and got the confirmation they were shipped yesterday.

Sounds like nothing has changed with the new ownership then, my experiences with them were a while back. I know I won't order anything from them again.

dang I've never had a bad experience with them once Sad

Then again I always called my orders in. Maybe that made a difference? Anyways I'm sad to see the previous owner go. Got a hookup on a couple boards from him for really good prices. It's weird how different people can have such wildly different experiences.

Update on my sale, still no one ever got back to me after I was told twice that they could do better than advertised but that he had to check on what the best price he could do.

Anyways after waiting 2 weeks and not getting anywhere I went ahead and ordered the bindings at the price advertised only to see them $22 less the next day on the website. I emailed them and after explaining the situition was told if I didnt like it, dont order from us again!

He wont have to say that twice. Very Happy
