Don’t know if anyone else has interest in tonight’s NBA draft, but because they Jazz have the Knicks lottery pick, it makes things a bit more interesting for me.
I am crossing both fingers that the Jazz can make some type of move to take to take Greg Monroe….or maybe stay put and have Ed Davis make it to them… If the Jazz take Hayward or Babbitt I am going to be SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED.
Please, please, please….make a move Kevin O Connor….PLEASE….. |

| i think he's overrated because of butler's run in the tournament this spring. i don't have anything against him. i'd just rather see the pacers use their pick on someone else. the last time they used a pick on the sentimental hometown kid was damon bailey, and we know how that worked out. |

COULD NOT be more disappointed..... What a WASTED PICK.... Just what every NBA team needs, a slow guy that can't defend the 2 or the 3, not big enough to defend the 4, limited range.....but a hustler.... |

Kevin O'Conner just did and see how much longer he is the GM for the Jazz....a team known for their loyalty. Think Kev just bought his ticket out of town...
I take Davis, Xavier Henry, Patrick Patterson....all before Hayward... In fact, I just wouldn't draft Hayward. I think he was a solid college player that doesn't have an NBA game.... I like the kid, enjoyed his run in person at the ESA last Spring....
Feel free to quote this post in 2 years when Deron Williams is leaving because the Jazz just botched their ability to forgo a total rebuild..... Phuckin wasted pick... God I'm disappointed....
(God I hope I'm wrong) |

It all depends on which Demarcus Cousins you get. He's Big Baby v2 IMO. _________________ RIP DLS.

Because if he was black and had the same talent/athletic ability, no one would draft him in the first round. _________________ "I'm scared if I stop drinking all at once, the cumulative hangover will literally kill me." |

I'm talking about the Glen Davis who has tons of talent, but has a stuff attitude. He's a drama queen. You ever see any of the temper tantrums he through in the NCAA tourny when calls didn't go his way? _________________ RIP DLS.

| You need to go read Bill Simmons draft diary on ESPN if you haven't. It's pretty entertaining reading. |

Paul George - 10th pick Fresno State.
Is it sad that the highest FS player ever drafted was only here 2 years?
Kings went from 0 centers 2 weeks ago to 3. _________________ Steal My Book

Oh, I see what you're saying. Well, I guess we'll see how things pan out, that could be deadly considering Sac doesn't really have a strong voice of leadership (they wasted WAY too much time waiting for Kevin Martin to develop it).

Maybe they'll try Cousins at PF. Basically their frontcourt has sucked for a while so I'm happy to see them finally making moves. The last guy that had any talent up front (John Salmons) got traded and proceeded to make the final push for both Chicago and Milwaukee to the playoffs. |
