Hey Guys,

For Father's day, my girls got me a 1200 lb Launch Pad sofa and I love it. I also have a 600 lb Fat Boy in the bow. I have minimal problem keeping a constant speed, but less experienced drivers seem to have more difficulty keeping a constant 21 mph for me. How much would a 4 blade prop help with this?

I did some searching in this forum about this and also read good reviews about ACME 3 plade props.

My Sportster has a stainless steel 3 blade.

I put a 4-blade (Ambush-4) on my boat recently and I think it made a big difference in my less experienced drivers' abilities to hold a constant speed. Hole shot is far better, less vibration. Overall, I'd say it was well worth it. I got mine on EBAY brand new for 150, then I sold my old prop for 75. Can't beat a deal like that.

good luck.

I have put on on all my boats. I just put one on my Sunsetter and it makes a world of difference when you run with a lot of ballast. it seems to really help news drivers out as well

I wouldn't drive a wakeboard boat with out one, it makes a world of difference.

OJ 4 Force was the one I had on my older boat, it was worth every penny.

I got a 13x12.5 1 1/8 LH Acme 4-blade for sale if you're interested. I just lowered the price to $200. It's practically brand new. It's only seen water for the tests at the factory and dealer. Thats why I say its not brand new. Let me know if you're interested.
