Long story short...

The appraisal came in under the purchase price.

I told listing broker by email I would like to terminate the offer and have earnest money promptly returned.

Listing broker said I need to terminate the offer using a cancelation and mutual release form through 'Jane Doe' (agent).

I got rid of 'Jane Doe' about 2 weeks ago for giving me false info and pressuring me.

'Jane Doe' isn't answering emails or phone calls.

Help!?

Contact the broker whom "Jane Doe" works for. They can get you taken care of.........

There are real estate forms on the internet. Look for a cancellation and mutual release form. Fill it out using the information on your purchase and sale agreement. Fax it to the listing broker.
