Does anyone have a good way to clean those little yellow/orange stains that bees and wasps leave behind? I'm not sure if it's pollen or poop but it gets everywhere when the cover is off the boat. If you wipe it off when it's fresh, it's smears and if you leave it to dry it stains. Either way, it's been driving me crazy for the years and I haven't found any decent way of cleaning it without leaving a faint yellow stain. I've been using Babes Seat Soap lately and that hasn't helped.

dalderman, have you tried just leaving it out in the sun for a few days? (I guess this is problematic if you guys are still having a lot of pollen issues.) My experience is that the sun bleaches out the pollen and spider dropping stains.

Make sure you use a UV protectant like 303 after using Magic Erasers, guys.

My favorite vinyl tools?

Soft Scrub (http://www.softscrub.com/) for really bad stuff. takes almost all mildew stains out. Not too sure about heavy grease, but it'll do light grease. Used the stuff "with Bleach" last couple times without problem.

followed by Meguiars ? can't find the name of the stuff here at work. It is great though, no gslippery greasy feeling, but leaves it nice & shiny. You can rub your hand across it and it doesn't leave your hand all nasty or anything... does mild cleaning too. Just bought another bottle at Advance Auto last weekend for $4.50 on sale!

Malco Leather and Plastic Cleaner and a semi stiff brush removes virtually anything. Makes my vinyl so white i need sunglasses to look at it!

PURPLE POWER!! I was a boat detailer at Bass Pro Shops and it would clean anything with no problem. And Star Brite Black Streak Remover works well too.
