HELP!!!!!

Not sure if this is the right place to post.
I would like to know if there is a BODYGLOVE rep on this site.
I recently (well not so recently now) ordered a new life jacket directly from BODYGLOVE. I have a couple of issues which cant seem to be resolved. I live in Canada BTW.
Jacket came as an XXL. In my confirmation e-mail it sais L, thats what I ordered. When it came to my door, I had to pay another 50 bucks in border charges. Fine, I can live with that. Called them and told them they shipped the wrong size. They said they would sent the right one right away. I asked about the return shipping and border charges and the guy said it would be taken care of.
Three weeks later. I get a new package. What do I see? Another bill for 50 dollars in border charges!!!!!! And the cherry on top???? THEY SENT ME A GOD DAMN SMALL THIS TIME!!!!!
Not sure sure whats gonna happen tomorrow when I call them. I want the right size!!! And I do not wanna pay for border charges three times, even though it was their screw up!!!
I guess im just venting but any advise wouold still be appreciated.

Get them to lable it a replacement or gift or something. Also I am guessing they are sending it UPS and you are getting the duty/brokerage charges. Have them send it USPS and that should take care (eliminate) of the high broker fees they (UPS) are charging you.
