Well started working on the sbend2blind thursday. Today ive been doing it almost 4 hours... Didnt land it though. But its very funny, rotatin that quikly... Ive made a video so you guys can maybe give some tips about what i am doing wrong Helps definetly needed
Try to yank a little harder with both hands before you let go and throw the handle backside. It looks like you're not quite getting it around because you're trying to pull yourself in and throw the spin with one arm.
Just give an extra yank to get your feet under you with both hands before letting go. Other than that it looks sick!
You need to relax a little bit on the way down. Now, I know nothing of cable but do understand the movements of a trick like this (similar to turning blind on the way down for, say, a crow mobe or tantrum to blind, and I've tried a few blind judges as well). You're arm you're turning to blind with is wayyy extended and is causing your body to be completely f'ed up while trying to turn. I would recommend that while you're on the way down and before turning blind, yank the handle with both hands to your lead hip while turning your head/shoulders to start the last 180. When you are near your hip, let go with your (now) rear hand and keep the handle to the small of your back. In the vid you're letting go right as you finish the full s-bend, but keep both hands on it until you reach your hip instead of hucking it around with one hand.
Thanks, I am going to do some normal Sbends tomorrow, wanna throw them huge so i spot the landing quikly, then yank the handle like you guys said, when thats all going well ill do the last 180, i think i am rushing things to much and i am to hasty, i should relax more am i correct? _________________
Did it yesterday, And i was able to land 6 times Thanks for the tips dudes, the yanks and the imediate turn is really important, you really cant take a pause in the rotation _________________
Nice! Yeah definitely hang on a little bit longer and try to pull it with both hands more to your hip some more.. You're letting go and whipping it around to blind...try to make it one smooth motion (now that you know you have the rotation) by doing this.
