Monster board rack

I purchased a rack and mirror from Monster and the first time out the board rack loosened up and spun around and the mirror wouldn't stay in place. I sanded the mirror arm and plastic piece on the mirror and that took care of it. The rack mount won't stay tight and keeps spinning on the tower. What is the best way to fix this?

I've purchased a tower, racks, lights and other products from Monster and they are a great company to deal with. Very customer service oriented. Call them and tell them the issues you are having - they will make it right.
