ummm just go for one of the flat ones since youve never done it before. But if you really want to get seriosue about it then u may want to go for a concave one buts its really all up to you. My personal preference is cassette. So go look at a cassette. _________________ "We forget in life that we are not human beings living a spritual experience, but spritual beings living a human experiance."

Absolutly impressed with the Mutiny boards, a step above the rest no joke. Cassette is good but Mutiny is great. More choices and much more durable _________________ www.integrity-wake.com

When I started up I rode the 43in no cave Cassette board and it was awesome. I teach all my friends on it and they seem to learn fast. So thats my reccommendation. _________________ Slob Gear

there are a lot of good boards out there. I suggest riding a cassette, hyperlite, or whatever you can get your hands on before you buy one. The worst thing you can do when buying a wakeskate is buy it based on other peoples opinion. They are all going to ride a little differently, so I suggest buying the one that feels the best for you!
