i was just curious on how many of you guys warm up by going into a cuffed position or a sliding position. What do you think the benefit of riding cuffed is? What is the benefit of doing sliding drills also?

Riding cuffed give you a nice stretch in your shoulders, and gets your toe edge dialed in.

I do it just in case I ever land cuffed (someday) it will feel more comfortable. Plus it's awesome to cut toeside cuffed and let your nose get within a few inches of the water Smile

It's also kind of neat to try to cut back towards the wake cuffed. Not sure of a practical application of this though.
