zachb91, Wow, you've got yourself an old setup there (late 90's). Newer boards are leaps and bounds above those. While nice for the time, wakeboarding has changed a LOT in the last 4-5 years. One of the biggest changes in gear have been bindings. Try on a pair of boots made in the last 3 years and you'll never want to take em off compared to what you've got! AS far as the boards go, they're more durable than ever and new shapes make riding a breeze. You'll get a lot more out of a new board for a lot less effort than you can out of one of these old decks.
Long story short. Good starter board to learn and get up on if you got it for free, but it's REALLY old and you'll see huge benefits in a new setup if you're riding with any regularity.
Also, you've got a nice little piece of history there. Thomas Horrell was a majorly influential rider and more or less is the godfather of the sport of wakeskating as it is seen today. This board was before he switched over to skating full-time in the early 2000's (maybe late 90's?). Probably not worth a ton unfortunately (wake-gear collectors are a very small group of people) but a super awesome conversation piece.
If you'd want to sell it I'd be interested after you do some research. Feel free to PM me!
