Best place I could find that it's accessible and on a (mostly) vertical leg (requirement of Monster Rack). It works well there but you have to be more diligent as it blocks your view a bit.
Thanks for the compliments.
Here are some more pix. The waterproof camera is cool for this stuff.
Not exactly a new pic, but maybe a month old

Here are a couple pictures from a few months ago. Messin' around with the waterproof camera a bit...kinda makes you want to be there...
Happy Holidays!

The first set of pictures are on Norris Lake, TN. The ones from the rider's perspective are at East Fork State Park (WH Harsha Lake) outside of Cincinnati, OH. _________________ 2018 MasterCraft XT20 |

I notice in your open bow there is a "cushion" raising the whole bow instead of just benches. Is that aftermarket and how much was it? _________________

If you are talking about the support base for the bow filler cushion (center cushion in bow), it's an 'aftermarket' sub box I made. It completely fills the bow walkway and is made the same height that the bow filler cushion support plate normally would be...therefore, allowing the cushion to be flush with the other cushion when installed.
Take a look at then link in my signature and the look at the DIY for the bow filler sub box. Lots of pictures in there.
Thanks!

dude, you've done SUCH an amazing job with that boat. all the aftermarket diy stuff is truly incredible. bigtime props man.
for those that haven't followed along w/ you over the years, how about a list of the things you've done? i know you did the sub box, didn't you also do a custom ballast and some other stuff? |

Hmm...all things done by me (DIYs):
1) Bow filler sub box and amp with LED strip
2) Amp addition for stock clarions
3) Custom ballast install. All drilling, hardware, electrical, rear 750's, mid locker, integrated bow sac, lead, etc... Boat had no ballast.
4) Engine divider wall support (prevent from ballast pushing against manifolds).
5) Heat
6) Portable Sirius Satellite mount (not a biggie)
7) Trailer light swap out to LED (not a biggie)
8 ) What else...?
Basically it was a left over 205V with no 'wake' accessories...not even a tower or PP until I had the dealer add before delivery. It was perfect for me to grab and do what I wanted.
It's been fun and something I can take some pride in...especially when you all have a look and give me positive feedback!
Thanks again,

I see the lake is still down. Any rumors on when they'll be done pumping grout and bring the water back up?
IIRC, didn't a chopper just like that go down 2 years ago in Cumberland? Something about a poker run with the go fast boats down there, being filmed by the helicopter, nasty gust of wind, and the chopper was in one of the tight switch backs with no where to go but down. |

One of the kids at the marina said 2014. There's still a lot of water and the it doesn't get much better when you find the right time/spot.
Looks as tho most ramps have been extended...although I've seen some crazy ramps I would not even consider launching at!
Not sure about the other chopper, but this one lost our towels and blew the HL tent off the party platform. Almost got another one until some people grabbed it. You could almost see the "OH SH!Z" look on the pilots face as he started to pull away.
Here's another pic where we tied off a MB 52(?) CSX220, X35, and X-Star.
For most of the day, my 2004 was the oldest MC there. _________________ 2018 MasterCraft XT20 |

2014! The last I had heard it would be 2010. Oh well, maybe I can pick up a piece of property down there for cheap in the next year or two when people start getting fed up with not being able to reach their docks and don't want to wait for the lake levels to come back up.
I know what you mean about the sketchy ramps. I was down late last year and saw some ramps that I wouldn't even consider pulling down. The other sketchy thing down there is the way people are reaching their docks. I'll have to check my other computer for the pics where people had 24' extension ladders strapped to the end of their stairs to get the rest of the way down to the dock. It was really redneck fantastic! |

Norris water temp was lower 60's. I trunked it but wore 2 neos (about 5mm total) on top most runs, except last run (one pics were taken) I wore the drysuit. _________________ 2018 MasterCraft XT20 |

I think your boat is one of my top 5 favorites, if not top 3 I've ever seen. It's a perfect color combination and isn't over the top with graphics. It reminds me of why I've always liked Mastercraft boats. |

Thanks AZ! I appreciate the comments.
Blown speaker means upgrade time...and thanks to a buddy an upgraded amp for the them too!
Ignore the mess and the old screw holes that need filled. Gonna be ugly before it gets better. _________________ 2018 MasterCraft XT20 |
