Disaster Help...

I am trying to learn how to do Kickflip Disasters on a miniramp, but can't get the timing of the kickflip right so I actually end up missing the disaster completely. This is the first time I've ever tried to do a flip trick into a disaster, so I'm wondering if anyone might have some tips as to how I can time my kickflip better so I'm not mid-flip when I'm coming down.

Zara, you'll need to boost higher off the lip in order to give you more time to complete the rotation, sorry, there's no magic trick I can tell you!

Wakeboarder dude, a Disaster is when you push the nose of your board and front truck over the coping onto the decking, and then roll back in. Looks like a boardslide, but your not actually sliding in any direction. That's a pretty bad explanation, can someone do a better job here?

Sorry I F'ed up the explination.

You roll up to the coping and launch off, turn 180 in the air and land so that the nose is hanging OFF the coping into mid air and the tail and REAR truck are over the coping and above the deck, then roll back in.

Like a 180 to rock and roll I guess.

Man, I really fudged that up, hey it's nearly midnight and work sucks!

CM got it, but I think the easiest way to describe it is as a lipslide that doesn't move.

WHen i do disaters i just nose pivot on, is that ok? Or is that like a cheat way of doing it? DOes any1 know how 2 do dark stalls, i can nearly get the stall but i dont know really how 2 get off?
