Anybody have any experience with these? Im looking at buying one but don't know much about them as far as quality, wake size/shape, etc. The other boat Im looking at is a 2010 Moomba Mobius LSV. I have heard lots of great things about their wake and quality of boats but this would run me an extra 7k or so. Any opinions on the V232 would be great thanks

I've had good luck with my 07 V232, just a few minor items here and there that were problems. No real mechanical issues. It was a lot of boat for the money. I'm don't have a dealer nearby, so I've had difficulty getting any of my questions answered about a small warranty thing, so keep that in mind. Merc would cover any mechanical items, and those shops are everywhere, so I wouldn't worry about that part of it. The don't sell a lot of boats compared to moomba, so it will be tougher to get opinions. I would check both their fit and finish out and see what you like.

I haven't had any complaints on the wake , but seriously what a-hole is going to complain about another man's wake when you are on his boat. I'm not good enough to tell. Having more weight up front helps alot though.

Cool, thanks for the insight...do you always have the ballast filled up?

I just have the rear factory ballast which is 2 tanks of ~360 each or something like that. The wake is pretty weak with only that. If we throw around ~1000# in the nose or in the front walkway, the wake is much better. You will def need a new prop if you do that however.
