Monster Tower

I thought Monster tower had great customer service? I ordered a tower a couple weeks ago through a dealer and had it installed and very happy. I ordered a rack and mirror a couple days later and upon receiving the mirror bushing was broke. I called them up and was told no problem new one would be sent right out and now it's been a week and nothing. It took two days to receive the parts i ordered. Has anyone had any problems with them before? Don't get me wrong I think there product is nice (even though it's made overseas and I thought it was made in the USA) but I was expecting parts to be here by now.

Iwould have went through diywake.com raul was awesome and the tower is beautiful and cheap. Maybe their accessories will fit the monster tower?
