Grubb is way better w2w and on rails, Horrell has him beat on tech tricks.

By no means would I say Grubb sucks. In my opinon Kovacich is the best all over.

Everyone likes a different style, I think Horrell plateued. Grubb and Kovacich are still improving

Actually Grubb has never done a kickflip either.

grubbs gota have landed a kickflip, in free4all he almost lands a w2w kickflip. if he can do a w2w hes gota be able to kickflip normaly, if not very close to it

No Grubb kickflip ever, there was an unconfirmed rumor that he landed one off the pipe dragon @ OWC.

That is why people say Grubb is not as good as the rest because his lack of flip tricks.

Grubb is good, horrell is good, tim K is good, and obviosly someone thinks all of those guys are decent enough to give them a few sponsorships. I thought Brian was a cool guy when I met him at the vans Triple Crown in Ft. Worth. In fact out of all the riders there I don't have a bad thing to say about any of them, they were all cool. When people have nothing to do but crack on riders and things they don't know I just laugh.... Must be using this board to boost the self esteem that you lack. It's ok though, you can tell this story to your shrink later on when you get out of school and hate the real world.

i dont like lovette, i think all his stuff looks really weak and not smooth at all, i really dont like watching him ride, yah, he can do some sweet stuff, but i dosent look that cool. i just would rather see someone with style do it like thomas

i get to watch them ride a bunch and it ain't even close. grubbie runs away with it, then there's a whole crew that has worked it out @ owc that will make the old school boys look silly. to many to name but watch out for B.T. and parks on tour this year. thomas,scott,drew ain't scared and have pushed the sport, but the cable guys have taken it to the next level.

for those of you who dont ride with any of these guys i do. yes Grubb has stuck a kickflip. i was with him the other day and he hit 6. 2 of them in a row. that was all in about 2 hours. Lovett does have style...his own style. just because he doest ride like thomas or grubb doest mean the kid has no style. style is the way you do a trick. so keep clownin on the guys who are getting payed to do something they love, and keep flippin burgers at your local hamburger joint!

dave, some of the guys on cable are doing some pretty awsome stuff, i cant name many of the tricks they do, but i can tell ya, watch out for Brandon Thomas, he is awsome, he has a pic in the new WBM, they can do some pretty nice slider stuff, alot of surface tricks, brandon also almost landed a board transfer backroll in the cable nationals, it was pretty cool.....there not in many videos because they arnt as known i guess, or maybe they dont want to, i dont know
