I would say I'm a beginner working my way to intermediate. I follow behind my uncles Glastron GLS series (unsure on year or model) so it doesn't give a huge size wake. I was wondering if any of you guys had ideas on boards I should be looking towards. I'm 19, 5'8", and weigh 150 lbs and have great balance. (snowboard/wrestling mostly). My board I currently have was made around the 90's and very heavy so I was hoping to upgrade to something much lighter and easy to move in the air. I've been looking around and saw a couple packages online but didn't know much about them or exactly what size I should get (shorter or longer). My price range is around $300 for the board and bindings. Also whats everyone's opinion on new verse used?

136 would be the size you need.

As far as boards look at some last year model stuff, keep an eye out on ebay for last year and the year before models.

For what board, I don't know. There are a lot of good ones out there. I always recommend the Lyman, because thats what I have and I love it.

Just look around at some boards, and if you find something you like feel free to pm me about it, and I will help you out.

Call these guys and see if they can hook you up.

Ask them if they have any 08s or 09s left over. They should have plenty of 09 stuff, not sure about 08. They should be able to hook you up with a great deal.
