is there a free drawing program out there for building 3d models?? or maybe a cheap program you recommend? wanting to play around with cabin ideas. thanks...

check out google sketchup. It is a little trickly to learn, but they have some short tutorials that are worth watching. It really is a pretty intuitive 3D program.
